MUSTARD SAUCE 
Use on fried fish or chicken.

1/4 cup prepared mustard
2 tbsp. mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Best Foods)
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
3 tbsp. sweet pickle juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
salt and pepper, to taste

On medium heat add mayonnaise, mustard, pickle juice and red pepper flakes. Whisk constantly. When mixture starts to bubble, lower heat just a little and add brown sugar. Continue whisking. Add water and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Whisk on low heat till sugar has dissolved and is creamy.
