POTATO SALAD | |
5 lb. boiled potatoes 8 peeled, hard boiled eggs 1 qt. Weight Watchers mayonnaise style dressing 1/2 c. parsley flakes 1/3 c. celery seed 1 med. onion, diced 2 pieces celery, diced Boil potatoes in skins for 20 minutes. Cool, peel, cut into chunks. Slice 6 eggs. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix carefully. Slice 2 remaining eggs for garnish. Sprinkle with paprika (optional). Cover and chill for 4 hours. Yield: 6 servings. |
