BROCCOLI SALAD 
1-2 bunches fresh broccoli (4 c.)
1 rib chopped celery
2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
6 tbsp. raisins

DRESSING:

1/2 tbsp. dried onion
2 tbsp. Weight Watcher's mayonnaise
1 tbsp. water
2 pkg. Equal sweetener
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix all ingredients and chill. 4 servings.

One serving=1/2 fruit, 1/2 fat.
