BARBECUE RIBS 
Country style spareribs
1 c. drippings
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
2 1/2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
5 drops Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. barbecue seasoning
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. liquid smoke

Bake spareribs 1 1/2 hours in covered baking pan. Combine all other ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Pour over ribs. Bake for 1 hour with sauce. Allow 2 ribs per serving. Sauce will bake up to 16 ribs.
