CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 cooked and boned chicken
1 sm. pkg. herbal stuffing mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
1 sm. can mushrooms (optional)

Mix melted butter with stuffing. Place 2/3 of stuffing in bottom of casserole. Place cut-up chicken on top. Add mushrooms on top of this. Cover with mixture of soups and broth. Add remaining stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
