1/2 c. cold water
1 1/3 c. powdered milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour water into glass bowl. Stir in powdered milk until smooth. Microwave on high 45 seconds to 1 minute until steaming. Stir in sugar and vanilla until cold and like Eagle Brand milk. Equivalent to 1 can Eagle Brand.
