ONE-PAN CHERRY CHEESE CAKE 
Mix, bake, serve and store in one pan. All ingredients should be at room temperature.

2 (8 oz. each) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

In 8 or 9 inch square pan with fork mash cream cheese until very soft. Add sugar, flour and salt; blend well. Add remaining ingredients except pie filling. Mix briskly with fork until thoroughly blended. Scrape down sides of pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 45 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack. Spread with pie filling; chill. Makes 9 servings.
