BRANDY SAUCE 
Cream together:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Add 4 well beaten yolks.

Stir in:

1 shot glass brandy
Pinch salt
1 c. hot milk

Beat well. Place in double boiler over how heat and stir until thick as cream. Do not boil.
