QUICK VEGETABLE STEW 
1 lb. hamburger
1 celery stalk, grated
1 (7 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (32 oz.) can tomato juice
1 c. frozen baby lima beans
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms (opt.)
1 c. elbow macaroni (opt.)
1 tsp. dry taco seasoning
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 lg. potato, diced
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 med. onion, grated
1 carrot, grated
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown hamburger in large Dutch oven. Add spices, seasonings and tomato paste. Mix well. Add carrot, celery and onion. Stir well. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well, mixing thoroughly. Cook on medium high for 10 minutes, stirring once or twice. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking about 20 to 30 minutes.
