MAKE AHEAD MASHED POTATOES 
About 9 lg. potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. butter
Paprika

Cook potatoes. Drain and mash. Add rest of ingredients except butter and paprika. Beat until smooth. Put in 2 quart casserole. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika or a little dried parsley for color. Keeps 2 weeks in refrigerator. Good to make ahead for company. When ready, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
