CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 skinless chicken breasts
1 box frozen broccoli
8 cheese slices
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 boxes Stove Top stuffing
1 pkg. Ritz crackers

Cook chicken until tender. Prepare stuffing according to directions on box. Spread stuffing on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch cake pan, tear chicken into bite size and spread on top of stuffing put broccoli on top of this and then pour on the soup, lay on cheese slices. Crush Ritz crackers and spread on top of this. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
