CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3-4 chicken breasts
1 can sm. English peas
1 can asparagus
1 can condensed chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 stick butter
Sour cream, any size
Ritz crackers
Your favorite seasoning; optional (salt and pepper etc.)

Boil chicken until tender; break into small pieces and place in casserole cooking dish. Add peas and asparagus without the water (save). Pour condensed soup into sauce pan with the water from the asparagus or peas (needs to be semi-soupy). Heat until mixed thoroughly. Pour over ingredients in casserole dish. Spread sour cream over top. Sprinkle a layer of crushed Ritz crackers over top; add a layer of whole Ritz crackers. Melt the butter and pour over crackers. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Feeds 4-6 persons.
