BIERSCHKIE 
SCHKIE DOUGH:

1 pkg. yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
1 egg yolk, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. warm milk
4 tbsp. oil
3 c. or more flour

Raise one hour.

FILLING:

1 med. onion
Celery leaves
2 lb. hamburger
3 tbsp. flour on meat
1/2 c. water
Johnny's Doc seasoning
Salt and pepper

You can fill dough with whatever you wish. Other meat, other vegetables.

Brown hamburger, then add other ingredients to brown. Season to taste with Johnny's Doc, salt and pepper. Roll out dough, cut squares, fill with hamburger, seal, deep fry. To deep fry, keep turning over until evenly browned and cooked until desired brown.
