CHICKEN POCKETS 
3 oz. cream cheese
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. chopped onion or chives
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury crescent rolls
Italian bread crumbs & Parmesan cheese

Separate the crescent rolls and make 4 rectangles (seal dotted lines). Mix together cream cheese, chicken, salt, pepper, milk, onion and pimento. Put 1/2 cup mixture in each rectangle. Draw up 4 corners and pinch together. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with combination of bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 4.
