1 (12 oz.) box Crispix cereal
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
3 c. confectioners' sugar

Melt peanut butter, butter, and chocolate chips in a large pan. While melting, put the 3 cups confectioners' sugar into a brown paper bag. After mixture is melted, add the box of Crispix and stir gently until coated. Then place in the brown bag with the confectioners' sugar and shake until coated.
