BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. chopped broccoli
1 can cream of asparagus soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion, chopped
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Salt & pepper
Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Cook, drain and cool broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise, eggs and onion and cheese together. Stir in broccoli.

Put in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with buttered Pepperidge Farm stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
