POLYNESIAN CHICKEN 
4 med. chicken breasts (baked until done and chop in cubes)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
8 oz. can pineapple chunks (with juice)
1 chopped green pepper
1 can mandarin oranges (with juice)
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. sugar snap peas
1 c. cooked carrots
Any other vegetables that you like
