SALMON PATTIES 
1 can pink salmon
1 lg. onion
1 lg. green pepper
6 crackers
1 to 2 eggs
Garlic salt
Salt, if desired
Pepper

In a medium bowl, add salmon, chopped onion, green pepper, smashed crackers, eggs, garlic and salt and pepper. Mix and make into patties. It helps to refrigerate patties at least 1 hour. Deep fry patties for 5 minutes or until golden brown. They are great with cocktail sauce.
