HOT DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese, sliced longways
15 oz. can chili (without beans)
4 oz. green chili peppers (hot), drained
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, sliced longways
1 (4 oz.) can ripe olives, chopped
1 to 2 green onions, chopped

Layer ingredients in order given into a 9 x 11-inch dish.

Bake at 350°F for 1/2 hour. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
