SUMMER VEGETABLE SALAD 
4 medium tomatoes, cut up in large chunks
2 cucumbers, cut in chunks
2 green peppers, cut in large chunks
2 medium onions, sliced
salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients. Add dressing. Cool at least 3 hours.

Dressing:

1/2 c. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar

Combine vinegar and sugar in shake jar. Shake well; pour over vegetables. Cover in tight container. Will keep 2 weeks.
