PUMPKIN PANCAKES | |
3/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. evaporated milk 1 egg 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. allspice 1/4 tsp. ginger 1/2 can or 1/2 c. canned pumpkin Mix all dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded tablespoonsful onto heated fry pan or griddle sprayed with Pam or 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Give them a try. They're tasty. Makes 4 servings of 6 (3 inch) pancakes each. |
