FRESH FRUIT TART 
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 egg
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. whipping cream
Assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, grapes, bananas, peaches, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix baking mix and 1/3 cup sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Mix in eggs until soft dough forms. Pat dough into 12 inch round pizza pan (greased and floured). Pinch edges forming 1/2 inch rim. Bake until edges begin to brown, 10-12 minutes. Cool crust completely.

Beat cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and vanilla in small bowl on low speed until smooth. Beat in whipping cream on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Spread over crust to within 1/4 inch of rim. Arrange fruits decoratively on top. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
