CHICKEN AND RICE | |
2 c. Minute Rice 2 cans chicken gumbo soup 1 to 2 cans water Butter Salt and pepper Chicken, not cooked, cut off in sm. pieces Butter casserole dish. Put in rice, soup and water. Stir until rice is moist. Lay chicken in rice. Slice butter on top. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. |
