BOJANGLE'S BISCUITS | |
2 c. self-rising flour 2 tsp. 10x confectioners' sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 1 c. buttermilk 1/2 c. Crisco Mix flour, sugar, baking powder. Cut in Crisco until well mixed. Add milk and stir until well mixed. Turn out on floured surface. Knead for 5 minutes. Roll to desired thickness and cut with cutter. Dip in melted butter and place on greased baking sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. |
