CHICKEN SALAD PITA SANDWICH 
CHICKEN SALAD FILLING:

2 c. cooked chopped chicken (3 breasts or parts)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. frozen peas, thawed, but not cooked
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

Spread filling on 6 halves medium sized pita loaves. Top with sliced tomatoes, grated Cheddar cheese, and fill with shredded lettuce.
