MINCEFRUIT PIE FILLING 
4 lbs. pears
3 lbs. apples
3 med. oranges
2 (15 oz.) pkgs. seedless raisins
5 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves

Cut unpeeled pears, apples and oranges in quarters. Remove cores and seeds. Grind. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until thick. Stir frequently. Pack into pint jars. Process in hot water bath 25 minutes. Use 4 cups filling for 9 inch pie, to fill cookies or as a filling between cake layers. Also good as a hot topping on ice cream.
