1/2 lb. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 egg yolks & 1 tbsp. egg white
2 to 2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees, about 10 minutes. (I always double this amount.)
