MOTHER ENZ'S MILD CHILI | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 can tomato soup 1 can tomatoes 1 can chili beef soup 1 can kidney beans 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/2 c. rice Fry beef or cook off grease in small amount of water. Drain. Season with scant amount of salt. Add canned tomatoes, rice and celery. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes. Gradually add tomato soup and 1 can water. Simmer 10 minutes. Add chili beef soup and kidney beans. Simmer 10 minutes; MUST STIR SO BEANS DON'T STICK TO BOTTOM. (The Chili Beef Soup gives flavor, but you can add some chili powder to taste.) |
