This recipe was great. I was looking for something simple and found this in a search. Everything works well together and the fact that it's not so spicy is good because it allows everyone to adjust it to their taste with some hot sauce. My boyfriend ate 3 bowls of this and was very, very impressed.

Very yummy. 3 kids out of 4 devoured it. Adding 1/2 tsp. sugar made it taste just like the chili my mom used to make. Reduced the oil to 1 1/2 tbsp.
