TURKEY CHILI 
1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. can tomatoes
1/2-1 tsp. garlic powder
1 can consomme, if desired
2 cans kidney beans
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. ketchup
Chili powder to taste

Brown ground turkey in Dutch oven over low heat. Drain fat. Add onion, bell pepper, tomatoes and kidney beans with liquid. Add ketchup and consomme to taste. Add garlic and chili powder. Cook at low heat until mixture thickens slightly, about 30-45 minutes. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking to bottom of pot.
