MEATBALLS--SURPRISE 
1 beaten egg
2/3 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 lb. hamburger

Mix and shape into balls. Either plain or around a chosen surprise ingredient (green olives, cocktail onions, pineapple tidbits, canned whole mushrooms). Bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees. Serve hot on cocktail picks with tangy dip. 3 dozen meatballs.

TANGY DIP:

1 c. catsup
4 tsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. mustard
6 drops hot pepper sauce

Heat.
