CHICKEN PARMIGIANA 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 jar meat flavor spaghetti sauce
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dip chicken into egg and then into bread crumbs. In skillet, heat olive oil. Cook chicken in oil until done. Pour spaghetti sauce in baking dish. Place chicken on sauce and top with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
