RICE PUDDING 
5 eggs
3 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
Pinch salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. cooked rice (white or brown), cooled

Whisk together eggs, milk, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add rice and raisins and pour into buttered 8 inch square pan. Set into a 9x13x2 inch pan filled with water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve warm or cold, with whipped cream if you wish. Serves 8.
