GARDEN FRESH TURKEY SALAD PITAS 
1 lb. fresh boneless turkey, cooked and cubed
1/2 c. chopped tomato
1/4 c. cucumber, chopped
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1/2 c. French's creamy spread mustard
2 tbsp. plain, non-fat yogurt
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 c. torn mixed salad greens
4 mini whole wheat pitas

In medium bowl, combine turkey, tomato, cucumber and onion. Stir in mustard, yogurt and dill weed until well coated. Chill several hours. Place 1/4 cup salad greens and 1/2 cup turkey mixture in each pita. Serve immediately.
