SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
1 (8 oz.) bottle Wishbone Russian dressing
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
4 whole chicken breasts, split into halves

Combine dressing, soup mix and preserves. Place chicken breasts in well large buttered, shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, basting twice. Delicious served over rice, with an orange salad. Serves 4 to 6.
