MOM'S PECAN PIE 
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. sugar
1 c. clear Karo
1/4 c. butter
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat sugar, syrup and eggs thoroughly. Add salt, vanilla, butter and nuts. Pour into an unbaked pie crust. Arrange pecan halves on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
