MOM'S PUMPKIN PIE 
2 c. pumpkin
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (9 or 10 inch) unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs, add rest of ingredients and beat until well blended. Pour into unbaked crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes; then at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes.
