MOSTACCIOLI CASSEROLE | |
2 jars spaghetti or equivalent of your own sauce 1 box mostaccioli 1 lb. lean ground beef 1 lb. Italian sausage 2 pkg. frozen spinach 1 lb. grated Provolone cheese 1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese 1 lb. ricotta cheese Parmesan cheese Brown ground beef and sausage. Drain. Cook mostaccioli until almost done. Drain. Combine all ingredients. Place in 2 (2-quart) casserole dishes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve one! Freeze one! Omit ground beef and sausage and serve as side dish. |
