PORK TENDERLOIN TERIYAKI | |
1 lb. boneless pork tenderloin pieces, cut into single serving size 4 tbsp. soy sauce 1 clove garlic 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. olive oil Pinch of ginger Combine ingredients in jar and shake well. Pour over tenderloins and marinate for several hours. Drain and place on rack 4 inches from broiler. Broil 12-15 minutes. Turn and broil 12-15 minutes more. Serve, whole, with rice and oriental vegetables. Boneless, skinless, chicken breast can be used also. |
