BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise, sour cream or plain yogurt
1 lg. egg, well beaten
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. stuffing mix
1 c. cheddar cheese

Remove wax-coated paper from broccoli box and pierce. Cook in microwave on HIGH for 7 minutes. Drain well. Combine soup, mayonnaise (sour cream or yogurt) and egg. Add onion, stuffing mix, and grated cheese. Mix together and fold into broccoli. Turn into a greased 2-quart casserole. Microwave on HIGH until heated.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
