CINNAMON HORNS 
4 c. flour
3 sticks butter
1 c. sour cream
2 egg yolks (yellow only)

SUGAR MIX:

1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

In large bowl pour 4 cups of flour. Add 3 sticks of butter, melted. Then add cup of sour cream and add the egg yolks. Mix all of the above ingredients together Form into a large ball. Put or wrap in wax paper and refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours. After refrigerating, make and roll 6 balls of this dough. Roll each ball onto floured surface. Cut into 8 slices (almost like a pie).

Sprinkle cinnamon mix, then roll into crescent like shape. Do this with each ball. Put on cookie tray, lined with aluminum foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Be sure to put pan of water in bottom of oven, to prevent burning.
