AUTUMN FRUIT CAKE 
1 lb. crushed graham crackers
5 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 sm. can coconut
1 c. crushed pineapples, drained
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add the pineapple, coconut and nuts. Scatter the baking powder over the graham crackers. Add to the cream mix. Bake in a tube pan at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
