HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes (undrained)
4 c. water
2 beef flavored bouillon cubes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed (frozen) vegetables
1 c. med. egg noodles (uncooked)
1/2 tsp. dried thyme

Cook beef and onion (drain on paper towels, if necessary). Discard pan drippings. Add next 8 ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add vegetables, noodles and thyme. Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Freezes well.
