COWBOY BEANS AND CORNBREAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes (Mexican Style)
1 (15 oz.) can ranch style beans
1 tbsp. chili powder or until meat is covered (add more, to taste)
1 tbsp. creole seasoning (Tony's; add more, to taste)
1 (8 oz.) box Jiffy cornbread mix

Brown and drain ground beef. Add in Rotel tomatoes, ranch style beans, chili powder and creole seasoning (to add spice). Cover and let cook till cornbread is done. Follow directions on cornbread package.

Once done cut cornbread in half, add butter and meat over top. Serve hot.
