BARBEQUED RIBS 
5 lbs. pork ribs
1 c. catsup
5 tbsp. (packed) brown sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. ginger

Brown ribs in small amount of Wesson or Crisco oil, on both sides. Place ribs in single layer in broiler pan. Mix catsup, brown sugar, lemon juice, salt and garlic salt. Pour over pork, coating both sides. Bake, uncovered, in 400 degree oven, brushing occasionally, for 30 minutes. Turn pork and brush with sauce and continue cooking another 30 minutes until done.
