BARBECUE SPARE RIBS 
4 lbs. pork ribs, cut in pieces
1 lemon
1 lg. onion
1 c. catsup
1/3 c. Worcestershire
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2 dashes Tabasco
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. water

Place ribs in shallow roasting pan, meaty side up. On each piece lay a slice of unpeeled lemon and a slice of onion. Roast in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients, bring to boil, then pour over ribs. Continue baking at 350 degrees until tender, about 1 hour. Baste about every 15 minutes.
