4 cucumbers
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. creamed cheese, softened
3 tbsp. onion
3 tbsp. green pepper
3 tbsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
Lettuce
Tomato wedges
Mayonnaise

Wash cucumber, score with fork and cut in half crosswise and scoop out seeds leaving center hollow. Sprinkle with salt. Drain and combine cream cheese, onion, pepper, paprika. Mix well and fill cucumber. Wrap in foil. Chill overnight. Slice and serve on lettuce with mayonnaise and tomatoes.
