ZUCCHINI JAM 
6 c. grated zucchini, peeled
6 c. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. of any fruit Jello

Boil zucchini and sugar for 30 minutes. Add pineapple and lemon juice, boil additional 30 minutes. Add dry Jello, stir well. Pour into jelly jars.
