MARINATED RAW VEGETABLES 
4 stalks fresh broccoli
8 lg. fresh mushrooms
1 med. green pepper, cut in strips
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 head cauliflower, broken into flowerets

MARINADE:

1 c. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 sm onion, grated
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Remove flowerets from broccoli. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Combine flowerets, mushrooms, green pepper, celery and cauliflower and toss lightly. Combine remaining ingredients in blender. Mix well and pour over vegetables. Toss carefully. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
