PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 lbs. 8 oz. peanut butter (plain or chunky)
3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix milk and sugar to thick consistency - add extra milk if needed. Cook over medium heat to soft boil stage. Add vanilla, remove from heat. Add peanut butter gradually until thickened. Place in a 9 x 12 inch pan, cut into pieces. Makes 80 pieces.
